Research Report for 2013

In 2013 the Institute for Applied Systems Technology Bremen GmbH (ATB) accomplished its 22nd prosperous year. Since its foundation in 1991 the Institute fulfils its strategic mission, defined by the initiators and shareholders, Free Hanseatic City of Bremen and several industrial companies in Bremen, to provide highly innovative technological solutions for industrial applications based on top level research, in close cooperation with industrial companies within the Bremen area and Germany, as well as with its Europe wide network of research and industry partners. ATB, as a public, non-profit organisation, continues to successfully acquire and realise both public funded and direct industrial funded research projects.
