IoF2020 Open Call published – 300-500 kEuro funding offered for agri-food related use cases validating IoT based solutions

On the 5th of June the IoF2020 Open Call was launched at the IoT week in Bilbao. In this Open Call the IoF2020 large scale pilot project is looking for additional use cases validating IoT based solutions with a high impact on the agri-food supply chain, a high level of technical feasibility & innovation as well as a strong economic sustainability also in new regions. The two main challenges of the Open Call are: (1) covering new regions like North and East Europe, and/or (2) involving post-farm stakeholders or other agri-food sectors.

Who?

Coherent team of IoT agri-food supply chain actors (no single participant)

What?

Projects with high impact on the supply chain, high level of technical feasibility & innovation as well as a strong economic sustainability also in new regions

When?

05.06.2018 – Open call official text publication

31.08.2018 – Deadline for preregistration of the proposal

30.09.2018 – Deadline for receiving applications

31.10.2018 – Communication of the evaluation results to applicants

31.12.2018 – Contracting with successful proposals and prepayment

01.01.2019 – Start of new use cases

How much?

Projects are eligible to costs from €300k up to €500k
