1	6	November 2002	Specifications of requirements. Project Management Plan. Finalised conceptual phase, with detailed industrial requirement specifications, and metrics for measuring the actual benefits from the results versus the measurable project objectives.
2	18	November 2003	Completion of specifications of all components and producing early prototypes. Early prototype developed, at which point the expected achievements of the system can be estimated.
3	27	August 2004	Early assessment of the system performed. AIM components have been implemented and are integrated.
4	36	May 2005	Full system training completed and as a result the system is fully validated against the requirements and the project objectives.
