Dr.-Ing. Dragan Stokic

General Manager of the Institute for Applied Systems Technology – ATB-Bremen. More than 30 years experience in industrial and research projects on the knowledge management, intelligent and adaptive control of robots and automation systems, modeling and control of flexible manufacturing systems. From 1991 to 2009 senior researcher at ATB Bremen, responsible for research on the application of ICT systems in production systems, enterprise modeling and design, introduction of best manufacturing practices etc. Project and local project manager for more than 20 EU projects, such as QUETA, INTELL-DIAG, PICK, AIM, InAmI, InLife, IntelLEO, Self-Learning etc. on adaptive control, knowledge management and technology enhanced learning, collaborative environments in manufacturing companies. Evaluator and reviewer of a number of EU projects. Author and co-author of more than 160 papers. Co-author of four monographs and two textbooks, published by Springer-Verlag, as well as of chapters in three monographs.

Dipl.-Inf. Sebastian Scholze

Studied Computer Science at the University of Bremen. Since 2000 working as scientific staff member at ATB. He is involved in diverse CEC funded RTD projects since the 5th FRP. Furthermore he has long term project experience in several fields (e.g. Automotive, Logistics, Healthcare). Excellent IT skills in programming languages (java, c/c++, perl, python), database systems (oracle, informix, mysql), development methodologies (RAD, XP, RUP, OOP). Active in researching on object-based software models and methodologies for optimising the software development process for distributed, SOA, agent-based and interoperable and context aware systems and web-based applications. Project and local project manager in several EU and direct research projects. More than 10 publications on research topics.

Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. Harald Sundmaeker

Graduated Economic Engineer, working until 1997 as commanding officer at the German Federal Armed Forces as head of a maintenance company. During 1997, working in consultancy for integrated Telco Systems at Alcatel SEL AG, division Business Systems. Since 1998 working as scientific staff member at ATB in consultancy and research projects. Involved in national research activities (e.g. BMWi, Stiftungen, regional programmes) and in several international research programmes since the 4th FRP, also overtaking the role as local project manager and project coordinator of international research projects. Researching on topics related to process improvement, knowledge management, mobile and collaborative work within different business domains (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, health care, food-chain and forestry). Current work is specifically addressing the Internet of Things, Ambient Intelligence, Agent-based systems, ICT for energy efficiency and mobile workplace design. Author and co-author of over 20 technical and scientific publications.

Dipl.-Ing. Ljubisa Urosevic

Graduated Electrical Engineer. More than 30 years of professional experience in industrial and research projects on microelectronics, optical communications, measurement and control systems in industry, and measurement methods and systems design and application. Since 2000 working in ATB as scientific staff member on different CEC projects from the areas of industrial applications of knowledge management, context awareness, ICT for Energy Efficiency, remote maintenance, process improvements, introduction of best practices, tele-working, and eLearning solutions design. Local project manager and Project manager of several EU projects. Author and co-author of about 25 technical and scientific publications.
